An Ugly Stik rod specifically designed for the kayak angler. The rods give good bite detection, but concentrated blank power in the mid-section and stiff butt, making it easy to fight big fish from a seated position. They have a sporting long tip/short butt action allowing fun with smaller fish, but stiffen quickly to offer power when fighting bigger fish directly below the kayak.
